EnsatEG

Education

Course platform for a finance training provider, with registration, instructor profiles and public certificate verification.

Case study

A finance training provider was running a large catalogue of courses with registrations and certificates handled outside the website. Prospective students could not tell which course to start with, and employers had no way to check a certificate was genuine without emailing the academy.

We built the site around the catalogue: courses organised by track — credit, derivatives, financial analysis, IFRS, CIA compliance reporting, corporate finance, budgeting and planning, macro-economics and more — with instructor profiles and a tailored-learning route for companies that need training built to fit. Certificates are generated with a public verification tool, so a certificate number can be checked on the site.

Registration, credibility markers and certificate checks now live in one place, and the verification page does quiet work for the academy every time an employer uses it. Finance training also has to look credible to banks, which is why client trust signals sit high on the page.

MIKPS

Corporate

Corporate site for a petroleum and energy services company, built around capability, projects and industrial credibility.

Case study

An established energy-sector services company needed a web presence that matched its reputation. Its work spans construction, maintenance, fabrication, specialty services and equipment for the petroleum industry, and that breadth was not being communicated to the companies and organisations evaluating it.

We structured the site around what industrial buyers actually assess: what the company does, the industries it serves, the facilities and capability behind the work, and a straightforward enquiry route. Service and project sections carry the detail, with the company's long operating history positioned as evidence rather than decoration.

The result is a corporate site that supports bids, procurement conversations and referrals instead of reading like a generic brochure — which matters in a sector where credibility is checked before a first meeting.

CoachMenan

Coaching

Bilingual life-coaching site with a real booking system, date and time selection, and full Arabic RTL support.

Case study

A life coach selling one-to-one sessions needed clients to be able to book a specific slot, in English or Arabic, without a back-and-forth over messages. The old approach — enquiries, then negotiation over timing — lost people between the first message and the confirmed session.

We built a bilingual site with genuine right-to-left Arabic layout and a booking flow that shows available dates and times, collects the client's details, and sends a booking request directly. Six coaching areas structure the offer, WhatsApp sits alongside booking for people who prefer to ask first, and each session is described clearly as a 45-minute one-to-one.

Visitors now arrive at a decision instead of a conversation: pick an area, pick a time, book it. The coach spends her time coaching rather than scheduling.

LeverageEG

Business

Course catalogue, corporate training and advisory site for a financial training firm, with lead capture and a custom AI assistant.

Case study

A financial training and consulting firm needed to serve two very different audiences at once: individuals booking professional courses, and organisations commissioning corporate training or advisory work. Both needed to arrive somewhere relevant.

We built a course catalogue with individual course pages, then separate paths for corporate training and financial consulting, supported by partner and institution profiles, trainer introductions and a news area that keeps the site alive between intakes. A consultation request flow captures organisation-level enquiries, and a custom AI assistant answers first-line questions about courses and services.

The site now does qualifying work before a human gets involved, and the two audiences never have to read copy written for the other one.

Radwa Academy

Education

Arabic-language academy site with a level finder, lesson booking and a video lesson library.

Case study

An Arabic-language academy had a specific conversion problem: visitors did not know their own level, so they could not choose a course, and the enquiry stalled at "where do I start?".

We built the site around answering that question first. A level finder orients the learner, lessons can be booked directly, tutors are presented with their specialisms, and a video lesson library gives prospective students a genuine sense of the teaching before they commit. Supporting pages cover the method and the questions learners ask most.

The path is now level → tutor → booked lesson, with the video library doing the persuading in between. That is a much shorter journey than a contact form and a wait.

Dr. Ashraf Nageeb

Medical

Arabic-first clinic site for a surgical oncology practice, with sub-specialty pages, early-detection content and appointment requests.

Case study

A consultant in surgical oncology and breast surgery needed a site that patients could trust at a frightening moment, with an English option for international and referring audiences. The subject matter is sensitive, so credibility and clarity matter more than visual flourish.

We built an Arabic-first site with an English switch and proper right-to-left layout, organising the practice into clear treatment tracks: breast tumours, gastrointestinal tumours, thyroid tumours and laparoscopic surgery. Services, general surgical oncology and periodic screening each have their own section, alongside an articles area for patient education, clinic information, written appointment requests and direct WhatsApp contact.

Patients arrive at the appointment request already understanding which specialty they need — which makes the first consultation more useful for everyone.

Hawa Centre

Medical & Wellness

Physical therapy and rehabilitation centre site presenting treatments, programmes and centre information.

Case study

A physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre needed a clean, quick presence that answered one question well: can you help with my problem? Most of its visitors arrive on a phone, often in discomfort, and will not read their way through a brochure.

We built a mobile-first site with a calm, image-led layout covering treatment areas, rehabilitation programmes and the centre's approach, with centre information and a direct contact path kept close at hand. Content is written in plain language rather than clinical jargon, and pages are kept short enough to scan.

The result loads fast and reads easily on the device patients actually use, which is the whole point for a local care provider.

HR Capsules

Corporate

Boutique HR coaching and training practice: method, services and an Arabic version for a global audience.

Case study

A boutique, one-consultant HR practice sells a distinctive idea — focused, practical interventions rather than sprawling programmes — and needed a site that explained the method before asking for contact. It works with both individuals and organisations, worldwide.

We built separate paths for coaching and training services, then supported them with values, a how-we-work section and the methodologies and tools actually used, so the promise is backed by method. Testimonials and video content carry the proof, and an Arabic version opens the practice to a second audience.

Individuals and companies can each find the route that matches them, and the consultant's time goes to qualified enquiries rather than explaining what she does from scratch on every call.

Altalay Experts

Consulting

Authority-building site for a court-registered forensic accounting expert, with credentials, services and consultation requests.

Case study

An accounting and forensic expert registered before the courts needed a web presence that matched the seriousness of his work. His clients are law firms, businesses and legal teams who need to know credentials and standing before anything else.

We built the site around authority: what he does, the accreditation and court recognition behind it, how forensic accounting and financial dispute analysis support a case, and why those instructing him choose to. Services are explained in terms lawyers and business owners recognise, an FAQ handles the practical questions, and testimonials carry real weight. A consultation request flow keeps the next step obvious.

The site now works as a credible reference point that supports both referrals and direct instructions, rather than leaving authority to be explained over email.

Pride Flooring

Services

Commercial flooring contractor site with service pages, a project gallery and estimate requests.

Case study

A commercial flooring contractor working on retail construction and public works projects needed to win specification work from builders, contractors and facility managers — an audience that judges on finished projects and reliability, not on marketing language.

We built the site around the work: clear service pages for floor repair, floor replacement, baseboard and trim installation and floor restoration, a project gallery that shows completed commercial jobs, and an estimate request flow that captures the details needed to quote. Customer testimonials and the company's decades of experience sit alongside the project evidence.

Enquiries now arrive with context attached, and the gallery does the selling before anyone picks up the phone.

Cairo Cat

Veterinary

Cat sitting and hosting service site with clear care options, a booking route and prominent contact.

Case study

A cat sitting and hosting service needed to earn trust quickly. Its customers are owners going away who have to hand over their pet to someone — a decision made on reassurance, not on features.

We built a friendly, warm site that explains how the cats are cared for, what sitting and hosting each involve, and how to choose between them. Booking is a couple of taps and the phone number is never far away, because many owners want to speak to a person before they commit.

The site does the reassuring, and owners can book a sitter in minutes from a phone — which is exactly when most of them decide to.

FGS

Finance & Tax

Accounting and tax practice site with three clear service lines, testimonials and a free-quote flow.

Case study

An accounting and tax practice was presenting one blended offer to three different kinds of buyer: businesses needing bookkeeping and reporting, businesses needing tax compliance and planning, and businesses needing advisory work such as e-invoicing, ERP setup, standard operating procedures and training.

We split the site into three clear service lines, each written for the buyer who needs it, then supported them with testimonials, the practice's experience, and a free-quote flow that captures enough detail to respond usefully. Contact paths are kept simple and consistent across every page.

Prospects now pick the line that matches their problem and ask for a quote without needing a phone call first — which is both faster for them and fewer unqualified calls for the practice.

Abdelrahman Ali

Finance & Tax

UAE tax consultancy site covering corporate tax, transfer pricing and VAT, with an articles library and AI first-line answers.

Case study

A tax consultancy working on complex UAE corporate tax, transfer pricing and VAT matters needed a site that demonstrated technical depth — and a way to stop routine questions consuming senior time.

We built practice areas for corporate tax advisory, transfer pricing documentation, VAT compliance and advisory, and statutory compliance reporting, each explained in enough depth to satisfy a finance director yet stay readable. An articles section positions the practice on live regulatory questions, credibility markers establish standing, and an AI assistant handles first-line questions about services and scope before a consultation is booked.

Technical credibility is established up front, routine enquiries are answered instantly, and consultations begin further along than "what do you do?".

MitaCPA

Finance

US international tax practice site explaining IRS representation, compliance and payroll tax to non-accountants.

Case study

A US-focused tax practice serving business owners had a clarity problem: its services are technical, its clients are not accountants, and the difference between IRS representation, payroll tax compliance, sales tax and international compliance was being lost.

We built separate, plainly written service paths for IRS and state representation, tax compliance and advisory, payroll tax compliance, sales tax support, international US tax compliance and business owner tax planning. Each explains what it covers and when a business needs it. Contact details and an AI assistant handle first questions outside working hours.

Clients can now identify which service applies to them before they make contact, which shortens the first conversation considerably.

YourZone

Real Estate

Real estate agency site with browsable listings, property categories and a multilingual enquiry path.

Case study

A real estate agency needed listings that were genuinely easy to browse and an enquiry route that captured intent — rather than a digital business card that sent people back to property portals to search.

We built listing presentation covering the property types the agency handles, including apartments, office rentals and studio flats, with category browsing so visitors narrow down rather than scroll endlessly. About and contact pages establish the agency, and a multilingual switcher serves a client base that does not all read the same language.

Browsers become enquiries instead of drifting off to compare listings elsewhere, and the agency keeps the conversation it earned.

Tstreet

E-commerce

Fashion storefront with collections, product variants, sale pricing and a full cart and checkout flow.

Case study

A clothing retailer was selling through messages and direct contact, which capped how much it could sell and made every order a manual task. It needed a real shop: browsable, buyable, and open when the owner was asleep.

We built a storefront organised into collections for casual and everyday wear, work and office, and evening pieces, with product pages supporting variants and sale pricing, a working cart and a checkout flow. Supporting shop pages cover the practical questions customers ask before buying.

Customers now browse and buy directly at any hour, and stock, pricing and orders are managed in one place instead of being reconstructed from chat threads.
