It depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise. A polished marketing site is usually a small, fixed-price project. A custom web system — booking, portals, management platforms, or anything with real user accounts — is quoted after a short discovery call. What you get in both cases is a single fixed quote with the deliverables written down before any work starts. No hourly surprises, and no invoice you did not expect.
A professional marketing website typically goes live in one to three weeks. Larger systems take longer, and we will tell you why at the point of quoting rather than after you have already paid for the delay. We agree milestones up front so you can see progress rather than waiting for a single reveal at the end.
Most of the time, yes. We work with clients in several countries and time zones, which is part of why we build on Cloudflare infrastructure rather than a single regional server — everyone gets a fast site regardless of where they are. Communication happens in writing as much as by call, so nobody depends on being in the same room.
Yes, and we do not treat it as a translation job. Arabic is right-to-left, so the entire layout has to mirror — navigation, alignment, spacing and icon direction. A translated text layer on an English template is not bilingual and will not survive contact with a real Arabic reader. We use CSS logical properties so the layout mirrors correctly rather than being hand-patched, and we give every language its own URL so each version is properly indexed. Start with a free review before spending anything. Most of the time the cause is not an expensive problem — it is uncached delivery, oversized images, or an old plugin querying the database thousands of times per request. We will measure it first and tell you what is actually wrong, including if the answer is "your hosting is fine, change these three things". We can set up and manage fast, secure hosting — we specialise in Cloudflare infrastructure — plus domains, SSL, email and backups. But we will happily work with hosting you already have if it is doing its job. The point is a site that performs, not a particular vendor. If your current setup is fine, we will say so.
Yes. A large part of what we do is rescuing sites that are mostly working — performance problems, redesigns, new features, hosting migrations and general care. Rebuilding a site that only needs repair is a way of spending your money, so we would rather earn the project by fixing it properly.
We correct defects reported within 30 days of handover at no charge. Beyond that you can stay with us for an ongoing care plan covering updates, security, backups and performance, or take the site in-house with a full handover — we document as we build so nothing depends on us staying involved. You are not locked in.
